getting an error System out of memory in appium



I'm Working on Appium, data exatraction Project in c#. I'm getting this error while doing extraction. It was working fine before but suddenly i get this error .
An unhandled exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' occurred in mscorlib.dll.
