Add a selection in PIM in OrangeHRM



I am new to OrangeHRM and I am not familiar with SQL but I would like some assistance with adding fields to PIM module of OrangeHRM. I saw other answers in the forum but I dont know how to start.



Any guidance or help would be appreciated.
