What is the most popular Hypermedia media type format? [on hold]



I am trying to research what are the most popular Hypermedia media type formats. JSON-API? HAL? SIREN?



Does anyone know of a set of statistics that compares the popularity/usage of the various Hypermedia media types?



All I can find is anecdotal evidence where authors have stated the JSON-API is the most popular or HAL is the most popular but I haven't seen any evidence of this.



Please note, I am not looking for opinions here but rather hard facts. Hopefully some service provider out there has some Analytics of the media-type requested in the headers and can give a definitive comparison of the number of calls made with each.

I don't think JSON-API is really considered hypermedia by anyone. Anecdotally I've seen HAL support more often, but I'm probably biased.
