Html, css responsive issues, google maps, paragraph & photo bottom margin

I've been working on building my website for awhile now for a new business. I have most of it done at this point but running into two issues I've been unable to fix.

The first issue is embedding google maps into my location page. I was having trouble making it responsive and was able to get that to work but when I did it would break my footer. I have a static header and footer on my page and once I was able to get the maps to be responsive it made the footer disappear in all screen sizes.

The other issue I'm having is on my home page. I have a few paragraphs written out with some images in there. I have this done on another page on the site and it works great but on the homepage when going to a smaller screen size it scrolls part of the way down and then stops scrolling and cuts some of the last image and even some of the text off at the bottom. I would like a little bit of empty space below all of this if possible. Any help would be much appreciated.

The site is up at www.uma-clt.com, the location page is http://www.uma-clt.com/location.html.

Thank you again for anyone that can help!
