Who is eligible for Export Compliance Information on iTunes Connect?



My app uses AES Encryption and Decryption Technique for API calls while communication with my server. After I finished uploading app to TestFlight on iTunes Connect I was asked the following question -



Export Compliance Information



Have you added or made changes to encryption features since your last submission of this app?



I am confused whether I should select Yes or No in this case.
I also checked a few links https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/apps/faq/Managing%20Your%20Apps_Export%20Compliance, Does my application "contain encryption"?, https://forums.developer.apple.com/thread/44888 but none of them clarifies whether using AES encryption and decryption qualifies under this or not
I uploading my app on the app store for the first time and any kind of help or information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
