Configuring Global PAC Script for Android



Is there a way to manually configure a global PAC Script for android devices? I know you can long press the wifi network and select a PAC script URL for that specific network, but is there a way to have it set globally by device regardless of what network the device is on? Have been trying to set this through Microsoft Intune, but have been unable to do so.
