SQLITE database that updates a sqlite.db file on mobile app



I am trying to figure out how to sync data from a master sqlite3 database that will update the database on my mobile app (which is using flutter). The sqlite3 database on the mobile app is stored as a .db file and want that to update when it's connected to the internet.



I just want to know if it is possible and what steps i should take to do this.



Should i have some sort of representation of data (such as JSON) for the "master db" as the middle man between databases?
